ALMA DE SAMANÁ rESORT mASTERPLAN

Alma de Samaná Golf Resort & Residences is designed to be a world-class tropical destination nestled in the breathtaking Samaná Bay.  

 

At over 650Ha this conceptual masterplan utilises all the hallmarks of a destination resort for US market including, golf course, sports academy and competition fields as well as an extensive hotel, wellness and extensive residential offering; all within the context of affecting social change for the residing and surrounding communities.

 

The design seeks out development opportunities pertinent to community sustainability and growth, through education, medical provision and sport interwoven with a philospohy of sustainable energy and agricultural and environmental stewardship.

The masterplan was commissioned as a feasibility study and opportunities overview as a mechanism to raise international finance and national political support for the ongoing development of the project.
